Re:Timberbrook Construction. The dirt issue has never been addressed and it's out of control. There is a simple solution-use the black or green equipment that VACUUMS up the dirt and the water truck to control the dust. All we here from City staff is excuses and "we can't"-never "we can". DDM continues to ignore City staff, as they know City staff will not shut them down, and won't take any enforcement actions. Don't use the red/orange sweeper that just slings dirt in the air.
