I support the application of existing ordinances that do not allow Hotels in residential areas. As STR's are classified as Hotels under Texas law, and Lewisville ordinance does not allow Hotels to operate in Residential areas, why then do we have these mini-Hotels illegally operating in our residential areas causing noise and parking issues with no contact with these people unknowing the nature of these people if they are felons or sex offenders. Loud parties shouldn't be authorized either
