The proposed International Property Maintenance Code should be applied across all the properties. In the past week, we have seen streets were overparked, party noise were from many residential homes and strangers wandered in every neighborhood. Those houses were not short term rental properties. To address the concerns, every property needs to follow the same rules. Discriminations against certain properties are unconstitutional.
