Excellent presentation. Love those adorable canine photos. We adopted 4 dogs in the past from various shelters, good experience from those shelters. I am pretty sure Gene Carey Animal Shelter is one of the best in the metroplex. Definitely love seeing city doing promotion on pet adoption, big support on waived fees on large dogs, they can take longer time to find a forever-home relative to smaller breeds.
