As a concerned Lewisville resident, I urge the city to implement a density clause for STRs. Our city is a community, not a tourist destination, and the rise of STRs threatens the sense of belonging that makes our neighborhoods special. I’ve seen firsthand the disruptions caused by STRs, from loud parties to trash left behind. Limiting STRs will protect our community, ensuring neighborhoods remain safe, connected, and reflective of our values. Let’s preserve the integrity of Lewisville. Thank you

We have rights as property owners that allow us to rent our property to who we see fit. It doesn't matter if we choose to rent it by the day, week, month, or year and we should not have any special regulations because of the amount of time we are renting it. Other cities Dallas the most recent has tried to take away our property owners rights and have lost in court saying these regulations are illegal. Let us keep our rights as Americans to rent our property to who we see fit. God bless America

Current STR incident canned response email says for Neighbor to co contact listing service. How can neighbor know? There are numerous platforms (60+) on which they can be listed. How can neighbors know which listing site to report issues? I propose mandatory STR guest platform logging on a central portal, integrated via API. This would improve enforcement, communication, and provide data-driven insights for Lewisville.
