Please oppose this development. The land does not support this type of structure. Additionally, safety a is huge matter in foundation for our neighborhood. Please do not put our lots at risk. Thank you for your consideration.

I oppose this plan to build an apartment building in this area of Castle Hills! Our home will be very close to this building and block the view we love. Not to mention, it would be sandwiched in between a major 6 lane pkwy and residential homes. A bad plan and a terrible design for this part of the neighborhood.

I moved here in 2014 and was one of the last homeowners to buy. I bought here because the neighborhood was small & private. This building will disturb that privacy and take away from the charm that is Castle Hills.I moved here from California and the minute I saw this neighborhood I knew this is where I wanted to live. The planned community of houses, the parks, the lakes etc. 5 story apartment building will seriously detract from that and hurt our home values. Not to mention increase crime.

I have been a proud resident of The Reserve since 2014, and I truly cherish our neighborhood's beauty, privacy, and sense of community. I was deeply concerned to learn about the proposed construction of a five-story building overlooking our gated community. I strongly oppose this development as it poses significant risks to our neighborhood’s character, privacy, and property values. I urge you to reconsider this project and prioritize the preservation of our community’s integrity.

The Developer who sold homes in the Reserve and charged roughly $60,000 more for lots with a view now wants to build a multi-story building. A… greedy? . This would negatively impact privacy the value of homes with the view. And, anyone in the Reserve will see lower comps in the neighborhood if they are trying to sell. Aside from legalize and Council processes what happened to moral values of right and wrong for this Developer? Council members, please help! This is just WRONG!

Building a six story appartment complex next to a single family subdivision called "The Reserve" is totally unnecessary. Brite Reality does not need the money. The appartment structure will block the beautiful view that many of the single family homes in The Reserve paid additional thousands of dollars for. Plus the Appartment residents would be looking into the back of many homes along One Hundred Knights drive. Existing walls and trees do not prevent this intrusion of privacy.
