We live in the last house on the east end of Hundred Knights Dr. in The Reserve. Never did we imagine that living on an exclusive golf course in a quiet and private area of the neighborhood we would walk out our front door to a five story apartment building towering above our home. It doesn’t make sense and it’s disappointing that the residents weren’t considered at all. We strongly oppose this building.
I am opposed to a 5 story apartment building that I would stare at from my front porch. In the 14 year I have been living at this address in the Castle Hills community, I was never aware of anyone plan for a 5 story building in this location. Single level retail is understandable.
