I oppose the proposal to build a residential building in this zone, this will severely impact the view & privacy for some residents, which was never part of the original plan. It may also impact property value, while not adding any value to the area residents. There is plenty of land to build, let's not sacrifice our community for greed.
I oppose the proposed five-story building near our residential neighborhood. It’s too tall, out of character, and harms privacy, sunlight, and livability. It will strain traffic, parking, and local services. Approving it sets a troubling precedent for more incompatible high-density projects. This development should be scaled down, redesigned, or relocated to respect the community.
