I support closing the by-right warehouse loophole, but do not want the SUP process to become a rubber stamp. Please strengthen this ordinance so every data center or warehouse conversion requires a public SUP hearing, independent cumulative impact studies, and enforceable limits on water use, wastewater discharge, electrical demand, backup-generator emissions, noise, and expansion. I understand the economic angle, but respectfully request stronger safeguards for Lewisville residents.
