I have been a castle hills resident for 26 years, and Lakes at Castle club member for nearly 13. I am also a residential realtor. I can see no way anyone would to own a home in the area the new tennis courts or pickleball courts are to be built. During tennis season, (Sept- Nov and Jan- June) , there is constant traffic due to visiting tennis facilities coming to our club to play matches. The new courts would aid concerned residents as they are further away existing homes that the current homes.
Dear Mayor and Council Members, I support the proposed expansion at The Lakes. As a club member, league player, and frequent tennis and pickleball player, I’ve experienced the shortage of court availability firsthand. This expansion improves an existing facility that has been part of the community for years, with established rules including a 10:00 PM lights-off policy. I respectfully encourage you to approve this well-supported proposal. Thank you, Daniel Karp
