Already multiple collisions, flat tires, concrete damage demostrating current plan not achieving goal of calming traffic. CH community continues to voice complaints to remove said bumpouts and barriers. 10 year maintenance costs higher due to damages than to remove them now. Better plans- flashing speed limit signs used already elsewhere, targeted police presence, white roadway striping like Lady of the Lake, raise payment markers not barriers. Better traffic calming ideas.
