Reflective Markers: I have counted more than fifty-five missing or damaged reflective markers within approximately the first two months. The city’s report identifies these markers as the means of making the concrete separators visible at night. Their rapid failure creates a foreseeable nighttime hazard. Please replace the missing or damaged reflectors immediately and investigate why so many have failed in such a short period.
