The medians on Old Denton between Hebron and 121 have no landscaping, whereas the portion south on Hebron (Carrollton) is nicely landscaped. All the trees in Polser Park have been cut down and not replaced. The landscaping in the flowerbeds has died. The corner of King Arthur and Old Denton on the SE side is a trashy corner with waist-high weeds and debris littering the lot. The oak trees on King Arthur are dying due to sun scalding. The new trees that were wrapped are completely unwrapped.
