Please do not ignore homeowners continue request to eliminate or reduce the size of the bump outs. They are major cause of accidents, injuries and numerous blown tires. Large bump outs have not reduced any noticeable change in speed or full stop sign stops. Please respect the wishes of your constituents who by a large majority want the bump outs removed as well as the bike lane concrete. The most dangerous bump outs are are by the curve at the West end of King Mark and King Arthur. Thanks.

I support removing the concrete bike-lane barriers, but urge the City to test the proposed Type I-C reflective markers on a short section before installing thousands corridor-wide at 18-inch spacing. The most urgent priority should be to add white diagonal striping before the King Arthur/Lady of the Lake concrete bump-out so drivers are guided away from it in advance. Until permanent markings are added, it needs (at minimum) a highly visible orange traffic cone. This is a basic safety need.
